CDR supported the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) in exploring demand management through a statewide education and outreach effort. CDR facilitated working group meetings, coordinated across partners, and supported decision-making with the Project Management Team. The team conducted a literature review and identified gaps, opportunities, and existing networks to inform future outreach strategies. This work engaged agricultural, municipal, industrial, environmental, and recreational stakeholders to build a shared understanding of demand management considerations.
