Flexible Working Environment
At CDR, there’s flexibility in where you work. In a single week, that may include your home, CDR's office spaces, a client's headquarters, or wherever you like to hang your hat. Our hybrid working structure affords you access to CDR's whiteboards, coffee machine, and snacks while accommodating family, transportation, and scheduling needs.
Professional Development

Compensation
CDR offers a generous benefits package to employees including health insurance, paid vacation, parental leave, and potential bonuses. Compensation is determined based on experience of the selected candidate—with opportunities to advance. Per Colorado state law, we clearly identify a hiring salary range in each job posting.
