CDR designed and facilitated a workshop bringing together leaders from nine Colorado River Basin national parks to shape a shared vision for the Post-2026 Bureau of Reclamation EIS process. The convening aligned park superintendents, resource chiefs, and regional directors around resource priorities and desired management outcomes. CDR developed materials that translated complex science and policy considerations into accessible information to support informed discussion. This work helped build alignment across parks navigating shared water management challenges in a highly interconnected system.
